Cooking recipe on pan:mix the mixture softly wih 300ml(1,5glass) of water in a pit cap.leave it 15 minute for getting cold.then knead the cold mortar.giving shape the meatballs how ever you like.then fry on the non-stick pan wit oil.
Cooking recipe in oven:mix the mixure softly with 250ml(1+1/4glass)of water and add 5 tablespoon of sunflower seed oil.leave it 15 minutes to getting cold.then knead the cold mortar and giving shape the meatballs.align the meatballs on the oily paper and cook at 180 degree and turn the meatballs once.
