General:

1,If you place an order electronically through the website you are using you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

2.The shipping fees that are cost of product shipment will be paid by the buyers.

3.Each purchased product is delivered to the person or organization indicated by the buyer with the registration of not exceeding the legal period of 30 days.If the product is not delivered within this period ,the buyers may terminate the contract.

4.The purchased product must be delivered completely an in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with the documents such as the warranty ,user's manual,ıf any.

5.In case it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product,the seller must notiffy the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of learning about this situation, the total price must be returned to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID

6.If tthe buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it from the bank records,the seller's obligation to deliver the product expires.

7.After the product is delivered the credit card that the buyer paid with if it is found to be used unfairly by unauthorized persons,and the price of the products sold by relevant bank or financial institution ıf the seller is not paid,the buyer must purchase the product subject to the contract within 3 days to return the shipping costs to the SELLER in such a way that they belong to the SELLER he has to.

IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME FOR UNFORESEEN REASONS
